Brandon leads the strategic vision for IMS Solutions Group’s managed services and support teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving growth for the practice. Over the course of his career, he has helped to develop and advance managed services practices in the areas of network operations, healthcare information management, cloud-based computing, outsourced IT and operations management. Brandon holds a bachelor’s degree from Jacksonville State University.

After 3 years as Director of Support Services at IMS, Edward was promoted into the Sales leadership role responsible for IMS customer acquisition and growth strategy, including lead generation, customer engagement, and sales execution. Responsibilities include gross and net revenue, customer growth, sales strategy, sales coverage, forecasting, staff management, and customer satisfaction.  Edward graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S.B.A. and a double major in Management Information Systems and Personnel Management.

As the Director of Accounting for IMS Solutions Group, Kim’s primary role is to oversee the day to day operations of the finance department. She works closely with vendors and customers to manage contracts, collections, invoicing, purchasing, budgeting and financial reporting. Kim received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Economics from the University of South Carolina Upstate and has over twenty years of experience in purchasing, accounting and finance.

As as director, Robert oversees IMS service delivery and deployment with a focus on customer satisfaction and success. Robert manages the execution of projects, resource allocations, schedules, and quality assurance. Robert has more than 20 years of IT experience, most of which involve managing hundreds of concurrent projects.

With over a decade of experience designing hundreds of customer deployments, Anthony and his team create IMS services and then guide customers in how to successfully use our proficiencies to solve their problems. Anthony’s abilities in critical thinking, process modeling, and data-driven decisions make him a wellspring of technical strategy and a critical teammate who ensures our customers success.
